They are listed because the University has undertaken them, and because you should be able to see where an institution is going before you commit years to it. Neither yet contains an open formation.

The programmes
The University exists to equip people for work, responsibility, leadership, stewardship and practical capability. Every programme below is described by what a graduate can do at the end of it.
Institute of Artificial Intelligence
In development
Use artificial intelligence to produce work people pay for, and to run a business with a fraction of the labour it used to take.
Graduate capability
Build and operate real AI systems: research a market, construct a knowledge base an assistant can actually reason over, ship agents and automations that do daily work unattended, produce marketing and sales output at volume without losing your own voice, build internal tools without an engineer, and verify what the machine tells you before acting on it.
The ladder above it
Everything. No existing curriculum touches AI. This is a build from zero, and it is the largest single piece of work in V2 — it must be assessed and demonstrated, not watched. Every module needs a shipped artefact: a research dossier, a working knowledge base, a running agent, a deployed internal tool.
School of Leadership & Authority
Foundation exists · in development
Hold a room, carry a decision, and be followed without coercion.
Graduate capability
Communicate with authority: speak publicly to a hostile or indifferent room, persuade without manipulation, negotiate a real position, lead a difficult conversation to its end, chair a meeting that decides something, direct a team through a decision nobody thanks you for, and hold executive presence under scrutiny — including from media and in a crisis.
The ladder above it
No public-facing leadership curriculum exists. Relationship Mastery's council, conflict and charter instruments transfer to institutional settings and are a genuine head start on difficult conversations and governed decision-making — but speaking, rhetoric, negotiation, media and crisis are entirely unbuilt.
School of Relationships & Family
Open
Choose well, be chosen well, and govern the household you build.
Graduate capability
Write and enforce the four instruments that govern a household — a manifesto that excludes, a contract that governs who may enter, a charter another named person has agreed to, and a family book that is opened and kept — screen for alignment rather than chemistry, speak an exit gracefully, convene a council that handles conflict to its source's standard, and run a daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal calendar you can show you have kept.
The ladder above it
The most complete programme in the University: 9 modules, 121 lessons, and the instruments are already the capability. It needs a market-facing name and a capability-led page, not curriculum. Courtship pace and family formation are the two thinnest areas.
School of Enterprise & Wealth
Foundation exists · in development
Build an enterprise that pays you, runs without you, and tells you the truth about itself.
Graduate capability
Construct an offer somebody pays for, price it, deliver it repeatably, run operations that do not require the founder in the room, hire and hold people accountable, and read your own books well enough to make a decision from them.
The ladder above it
THE NAMED CASE OF THE FIRST PRINCIPLE. `wealth-season-one` — 'Become Someone Wealth Can Safely Remain With' — is 7 modules of vessel, storehouse, tithe and monthly review. It is genuine stewardship, liquidity, theology and personal financial government, and it teaches no offer, no pricing, no operations and no hiring. It is the FOUNDATION beneath this flagship and must not be renamed into it. Everything enterprise-facing is unbuilt.
School of Family Wealth & Legacy
Foundation exists · in development
Move wealth across a generation without it destroying the generation that receives it.
Graduate capability
Constitute a family's financial structures, name a succession, prepare an heir who can actually hold what is coming, and write the governance that outlives you.
The ladder above it
Two real foundations exist and neither is the flagship: `wealth-season-one` supplies the storehouse discipline, and `relationship-mastery` supplies the household charter and family book. Structures, succession, inheritance and heir formation are unbuilt.
School of Calling & Purpose
Foundation exists · in development
Name what you are for, and act on it this quarter.
Graduate capability
State a calling in language specific enough to act on, test it against real constraints, decline what does not serve it without drama, and hold a direction through a season that offers you easier ones.
The ladder above it
The 33 Gates carries consecration and commission material adjacent to this, but as mystical formation rather than as vocational direction. A non-mystical, practical path is unbuilt — and this flagship must not simply be the Gates rebranded.
School of Ministry & Institution Building

Build a ministry that outlives its founder.
Graduate capability
Constitute an institution: governance that binds, money that is accountable, safeguarding that is real, and a succession that does not depend on the founder's continued presence.
The ladder above it
Nothing exists as curriculum. The University's own operating discipline — its interlocks, its rulings, its safeguarding posture — is the closest material in the building and has never been written down for students.
School of Christian Mysticism & Spiritual Formation

Walk the complete three-degree path of Christian mystical formation.
Graduate capability
Walk three degrees at one consecrated Gate every 28 days, with teaching, practice, reflection and attestation at each, from foundation and consecration through authority and spiritual government to the Inner Order.

Know what you are actually fighting, and stop fighting everything else.
Graduate capability
Run a rule-out before attributing anything to spiritual attack, stay specifically awake at four or five mapped positions rather than generally vigilant, enforce a boundary you have actually enforced, and close a working and release it rather than checking it.
