Our Commitment
Celestial University respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
Information We Collect
- Account information: your name and email address when you enroll.
- Progress data: the Gates and lessons you complete, reflections, and attestations you submit.
- Billing information: processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We do not store your full card details.
- Technical data: basic logs necessary to operate and secure the platform.
How We Use It
We use your information to provide the programme, track your formation and certificates, process payments, and communicate with you about your enrollment.
Data Storage & Security
Account and progress data is stored in Supabase with row-level security so that students can only access their own records. Access to administrative data is restricted to authorised staff.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers necessary to run the University (such as Paddle for billing and Supabase for data hosting).
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Deleting your account will remove your personal records, subject to legal retention requirements.
