Overview
We want your enrollment in Celestial University to be a considered, wholehearted commitment. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
Monthly Memberships
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Monthly payments already made are generally non-refundable once the period has begun.
Annual Memberships
Annual memberships may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided no more than the first two Gates have been accessed. After this window, annual memberships are non-refundable but remain active for the full paid year.
The Inner Order
Inner Order placements are application- or invitation-based and are handled individually. Terms are provided at the time of invitation.
How to Request
To cancel, use the billing page in your student portal. To request a refund within an eligible window, contact support@celestial.university with your account email.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we are glad to resolve billing concerns directly.
