Refund Policy
Last updated: 13 July 2026
Overview
We want your enrollment in Celestial University to be a considered, wholehearted commitment. This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work. It is written to sit alongside, and never to override, your mandatory consumer rights or the terms of our payment processor.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Payments for Celestial University may be processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, charges, receipts, invoices, and any applicable taxes for these transactions. The charge on your statement may appear under Paddle.
Refunds
For purchases processed by Paddle, refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy. Customers may be eligible to request a refund within 14 days of the transaction where applicable under Paddle's policy and mandatory consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
If a refund is issued, access to the relevant product or service may be revoked.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time from the billing page in your student portal. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated by Paddle. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund previous payments; refunds for previous payments are handled according to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within an eligible window, contact support@thecelestialuniversity.com with your account email, or follow the refund request process provided directly by Paddle.
The Inner Order
Inner Order placements are application- or invitation-based and are handled individually. Terms are provided at the time of invitation.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are glad to resolve billing concerns directly.
