Preparing the Gates…
School of Relationships · Foundation
You are not unlucky. You are consistent. Eighty-four days on the architecture you keep rebuilding, and on the government of what you permit. You will be able to name what was taken from you and what you gave away, without shame and without retelling the wound; refuse in your own voice; hold compassion and distance at the same time; and run a rule of life you can show yourself you have actually kept.
This was written for you if
What will be different
Stated as behaviour, because behaviour is what the formation is accountable to.
Now“What is wrong with me?”
After“Where am I?” Asked of a real situation, and answerable.
NowLoss feels undifferentiated. “I feel broken.”
AfterYou can tell what was taken from what you handed over, and hold the difference without shame.
NowThe repetition is inexplicable.
AfterYou can name the pattern and the hook that opens it, in a relationship you are actually in.
NowAccess is ungoverned: given by default, withdrawn by rupture.
How this forms you
Did you make the ledger, record the refusal, name the protection, keep the practice, run two reviews a month apart. Every standard here is behavioural and produced. Nothing measures you against an inner state you do not control.
“Set stronger boundaries” is the wrong instruction for half of any group and a dangerous one for a smaller part of it. You establish first whether your own presentation is rigid or porous, and prescribe against that rather than against a slogan.
A boundary you can write but cannot say is not a boundary. It is an opinion. Two pieces of work are rehearsed aloud and recorded privately, on your own device, so that what is formed is the thing you will actually have to do.
The capstone is two reviews at least 28 days apart, and a 21-day practice the system will not let you acknowledge early. A student who reads everything in a weekend is no closer to finishing.
Days 1–28
The diagnostic turn, a body regulated enough for the work to happen in, and the ability to see a pattern without becoming suspicious of everyone.
Days 29–63
One payment. Not a subscription. Your place is kept if you pause.
What you will build
Every one of these is produced by you, reviewed against a stated standard, and kept.
Answered with specifics rather than generalities. No account of events is required or accepted. The work is present-tense.
One hook operating in a present relationship and what it currently costs you. Patterns, not people: the formation produces no roster of anyone who wronged you.
At least three unspoken agreements written in their own form, one worked all the way through, including naming the protection it was carrying, which is the step most people skip.
Stated once. Not repeated, not escalated, no apology and no justification offered. A real refusal you actually need to make, reviewed against a stated standard.
It must name whether you present as rigid or porous and prescribe accordingly. A plan that tells a rigid person to harden does not meet the standard.
Programme structure
The taught modules are followed by 21 days of governed practice, which no amount of reading can shorten.
Outcome · The student can distinguish theft from surrender and state where their energy actually goes.
Outcome · The student has a daily regulating practice they have actually kept, and can tell nourishment from escape.
Outcome · The student can name a hook operating in a present relationship and what it costs.
Why Celestial University
Everything here operates on your own conduct: what you see, what you permit, what you refuse, what you keep. You will stop handing over the keys and calling it kindness. It never asks you to secure anyone else's change, and never makes your progress depend on it.
Mastery is about what must be discerned, negotiated and practised with another person: choosing well, conflict, repair, covenant, running a household. Foundation is what you must be able to govern in yourself first. They are different formations, and this one comes first.
A curriculum that teaches only how to detect what harms you produces a person who diagnoses everyone but themselves. Every pattern here is taught with its counter-move attached, including what to do about the person, which is usually nothing.
This is a formation about access, not about romance. The ledger, the hooks, the contracts and the boundaries all operate on family, work, friendship and on yourself. Having no partner is not an edge case here.
The doctrine is stated plainly as the founder holds it. No one is excluded for holding it differently, and nothing is assessed on belief.
The teaching declines the cured promise repeatedly and in its own words. What is offered is tools and a rhythm. On the days you feel scattered again, the difference is that you will have them.
Stated before you enrol
These are not disclaimers. They are the product description. A formation that will not overclaim is telling you what kind of thing it is.

Do not enrol if
AfterAccess is governed in advance, deliberately, and adjusted on a schedule rather than in a crisis.
NowA refusal is apologised for, over-explained, or never said.
AfterA refusal is spoken once, in your own voice, without apology or justification.
NowForgiveness feels owed, rushed, or impossible.
AfterForgiveness is separated from reconciliation and from access. You can bless someone and still not admit them.
NowYour rhythm is episodic and crisis-driven.
AfterA daily, weekly and monthly cadence is installed, with evidence you kept it.
The agreements you never knowingly made, the shape you give your light, and forgiveness taught as a seal at the end rather than a shortcut at the start.
Days 64–84
No new teaching. The cadence is run unsupervised and the evidence is produced, because a rule of life is proved by elapsed time and nothing else.
Three substitutions, who it is with, what changes in practice, and what it will cost you. Drafted and put into operation, not finished.
Each names one adjustment to access you made or deliberately declined, and why. The second compares itself against the first. This cannot be produced by reading.
Outcome · The student can state an unspoken contract in its own form and name the protection it was carrying.
Outcome · The student can name their own presentation, rigid or porous, and prescribe against it rather than against a slogan.
Outcome · The student can separate forgiveness from reconciliation and from access.
Outcome · The student has run two ledger reviews at least twenty-eight days apart, each producing a stated adjustment to access.
A word of care. This programme is education, not therapy, counselling, or medical care, and it makes no diagnosis. If your relationship involves violence, abuse, or danger, your safety comes first: nothing here asks you to remain in harm's way, this formation is not a safety plan and cannot replace one, and we encourage you to seek qualified local help immediately. Setting boundaries and leaving are the highest-risk moments in a controlling relationship, which is why this formation teaches you to assess before it ever tells you to act. If you are in acute crisis, please seek urgent local care first. Formation is not triage. No exercise in this programme asks you to recount what happened to you.
